Historical Costumes for Kids

8 items found.
The United States has a rich heritage and what better way to show some of that American pride than by wearing a historical costume. We have a huge selection of historical costumes and finding just the right one for you should be easy. For those children who want to dress up as a famous American president we have George Washington and Abraham Lincoln. For the girls, Marsha Washington is a fun costume. For other famous historical figures how about Robert E. Lee, Columbus, and Benjamin Franklin. Of course, history goes back farther than the US and we also have some of the more famous historical figures from other parts of the world, including Napoleon, Cleopatra, Jonah Hex, Robin Hood, and Athena. Your child might not want to dress as someone famous, but as a colonial settler. For this reason, we also carry a wide range of colonial and pilgrim costumes. All girl's costumes come with dress or top and skirt and many also come with hat or headpiece. All boy's costumes come with jacket and/or shirt, pants, and hat. To make your child's costume perfect, how about adding some great accessories, which can include shoes, tights, makeup, wigs, and for the boys facial hair such as the Abe Lincoln beard and a weapon. These historical costumes are ideal for Halloween or for a historical production or other use. You child will thoroughly enjoy dressing up as any one of these historical figures and it will be the best Halloween ever.
